Single Chamber Multi Process Cleaner

Our Single chamber Muti operation cleaning systems are Compact, occupy less floor space yet have High Degree of Process Flexibility (Spray, Ultrasonic, Inject Flood, Rust Inhibition, Drying) 360 degree rotation, specific degree tilting, clock wise & anti clock wise are possible, leading to better cleaning results, as 100% coverage of surface is possible during all process with options of Complete Media Filtration.

Due to rotation the component cavities hold minimum liquid media & thereby percentage of carry over media to the next process is much less, leading to a higher bath life. As multiple processes are taking place in same chamber, hence a single module of Ultrasonics can be used for different processes ( Soaking, Cleaning, Rinsing)

Single loading & Unloading point Flexible Cycle time to match output results Options available for multiple ultrasonic frequencies from 25 khz to 1 Mhz.
